Windows 10: Always getting a black screen at startup

Every time i turn on my computer i see windows 10 logon page, then i type in my password and a black screen comes in, where i can only see my cursor. This wouldn't be a huge issue if it happened once in a while but this happens every time i try to use my computer, i always have to wait until the god forsaken screen to come up, then press ctrl+alt+del, restart the pc while holding the shift key, select troubleshoot, restart the pc again, then press f1 to start windows in debug mode. This is excruciating to do every single time i want to use my computer, how do i make my os work properly???
