    Always getting an error when trying to download Minecraft Bedrock.


    I just got a new laptop, and I wanted to put Minecraft on it. I had Minecraft beforeboth Java and Bedrock on my old laptop, which is the same account as I have on my new one. My new laptop came with a three month trial of Xbox game pass, which I activated. I think that might be causing some issue but I don't know why. When I tried downloading "Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Edition for PC" from the windows store, The Launcher, and both versions wouldn't download, and it had an error code: 0xC0EA000A. I've tried updating my system, retrying to install it, restarting the computer, repairing/reset

    Based on your description, I understand that your Windows is unable to download Minecraft

    Based on the information in your event viewer, it seems that you have Minecraft installed on your computer.

    I suggest you go to Start --- Settings --- Applications and uninstall all minecraft related software or files, then log into your other accounts on this PC and repeat the process to make sure that none of the accounts on this PC are downloading Minecraft related files.

    Then try to download and install Minecraft Bedrock Edition again.

    • What is the complete error message that you are receiving?
    • From where did you download the Minecraft Bedrock Edition?
    • Were you able to play Minecraft Bedrock Edition earlier on this computer?
    • Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type: winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit Enter.
