  2. Having trouble with graphics drivers.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting your question on Microsoft community.

Just a few questions to get a clear picture before proceeding with the troubleshooting steps.

    1. What is the exact error message you see?

    2. Are you signed in as an administrator?

I would suggest you to update the drivers in your system and check if it helps.

You can update drivers from the Device Manager.

Follow the steps to update drivers from the
    Device Manager
    :

    • Right click on Start button, type
      Device Manager and Enter.

    • Find the drivers which needs to be installed and also see if there are any warning symbols. If yes update the drivers.

    • Right click and click on
      Properties
, and go to Driver tab and click on Update driver.
You may try to install the game in compatibility mode and check if it helps.

Follow these steps to install the game in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

    a. Right-click on the game setup file and click on
    ‘properties’.

    b. Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box
‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 7/8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu.

    c. Click on ‘Apply’ and click
‘OK’ and run the file to install it.

You may also contact the game manufacturer and check if there would any updates or patches that would make the game work on Windows 10.

Try the above steps and let us know if it helps. If you need further assistance, we will be glad to assist you.

    Thank you.

Rear audio ports always show as “Not plugged in”

I've been having this issue with Windows for about a week now which NONE of the back panel/front panel connectors (speakers, microphone) are being recognized by Realtek audio manager. The only audio input/outputs that are showing are the optical.
Troubling shooting steps I've tried (none worked):

    • COMPLETELY uninstall all Realtek drivers/reinstall
    • Tried using windows drivers
    • Reinstall Windows 10
    • Upgraded chipset driver
    • sfc /scannow
I called EVGA and asked for RMA but then I booted into a Ubuntu OS and all the ports work FINE. It must be a problem with windows 10.
Can you think of any other troubling shooting step I can try to fix this annoying issue? Thanks!

After looking in Device Manager under Audio inputs and outputs, I don't see any speaker/microphone listings, only the optical crap:

    Always having trouble with drivers

I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
