Windows 10: always open sketchup on my third screen

I'm having issues concercing my third screen. I have two screens on my desk, my third oneis a TV in my office which shows some photo's to clients while they are in my office. during meetings with my clients, I'm not behind my desk, but just sit with them in my office and show them some of my work on my third screen Big TV unfortunately many times my programmes open on my screens on my desk. I constantly have to walk to my desk to move these programmes to my third screen, can i make sure a prgramme always opens on my third screen, wihout having to be at my desk, because clients really like it when I'm not behind my desk.

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

Update KB4013429 messes with Sketchup

Having the same issue after installing SketchUp 2017 but I do not see KB4013429 in the list of installed updates. Running OS Build 15063.540

Tried updating the Intel Video driver to the latest, running on my Lenovo E530.
