Possible RAT

Hello,

I am just now questioning that a RAT may still be in my computer, on the 12th of Feb I had a RAT that had gained access to my computer and stole all my passwords and sent it in an email to me, I thought I had deleted it but today I recieved an email from Sony where someone had logged into my PS account (from firefox and ps5, germany and italy?) and turned on 2FA which happened because a verification code was sent to both my iPhone 12 and my email though my gmail has no other connected devices other then my computer and my phone so I assume there is a RAT on my computer, I installed Malwarebytes and turned it on to stop anything on startup and its detected this file, is this an issue? And if this file is nothing how can I remove this rat? If you can look at my profile and look at my last post you can see what I did beforehand to try and remove the RAT but it obviously seemed not to work.
