Windows 10: Am having multiple microsoft visual c++ 2012 Redistributable x86

I have 2 microsoft visual c++ 2012 Redistributable x86.Can i uninstall any one of them??Both have installed on 22-2-2022.One is showing 17.3MB and other is not showing the size.Both the version are different, one is 11.0.60610.1 and 11.0.61030.0And i don't have microsoft visual c++ 2013 Redistributable x64 But i have microsoft visual c++ 2013 Redistributable x86, do i need to install the 64bit??

I purchased my laptop with Win. 7. I upgraded to Win. 8 to 8.1 and Win 10 Pro. It had problems. So much so that the recommendation I received was to do a reset. I did.

Win. 10 is working a great deal better. The reset placed a "Apps removed while refreshing your pc" file on my desktop. In it is the following. Do I need to re-load all of these on my pc?

Help and advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package is not installed properly.

I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package to check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

Step 1: Uninstall the exiting Microsoft Visual C++.

a) Press Windows key + x key and select
