Windows 10: Am i able to reinstall forza horizon 5 from Disc D to Disc C?

So like i said in the title, am i able to do that?I dont want to install the 100GB again using network ;/

Disc C full and I want to use disc D to also store things on

Disc C full and I want to use disc D to also store things on but when I try to extend disc C I cant press "extend", please help.

 

Disc (C) wont defragment, only Disc (D) defragments

On "Optimise Drives" tab, when you select whichever drive you want, there are 2 options, "Analyse" and "Optimise". For my OS (Disc C) the Analyse option is not available but for Disc D both are available and Disc D has been defragmented but I cannot defrag
Disc C.

I ran a disc scan using my antivirus software and it shows my Disc C has some percentage fragmentation.

 

Forza horizon 3 startup problem

If you are still unable to launch Forza Horizon 3, you can launch it using the command prompt by following the steps below:

• Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard, and then select
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the following command: ren %windir%\System32\AppLocker\Plugin*.* *.bak
• Hit Enter.
• Close the Command Prompt window, and then restart your computer for the changes to take effect.

Please make sure that you are signed in to the account who purchased the game. If you are using a game disc, please insert the disc on your computer before launching the game.

If the issue persists, uninstall the game in Control Panel and install it again on your computer.

• Press the Windows key + X on your keyboard, and then select
  Control Panel.
• Click on Programs, and then select Programs and Features.
• Look for the Forza Horizon 3 application, and then click it.
• Click Uninstall and select Yes to uninstall the program completely.
• Restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
• Once the computer starts again, install the game on the computer.

There is also a possibility that the license of the game is not recognized by your profile. You may refer to

Create a local user or administrator account in Windows 10 and follow the steps to create a second profile. Then, test the game using the new profile.
