Windows 10: Am I able to return a Windows 11 Digital Download through here despite Newegg having sold...

Hello! I recently bought a digital download from Newegg, Windows 11. I realized I don’t need it but all digital sales are final on Newegg. I do have an email with the product key on it and it is in fact unused and won’t be used. I wouldn’t want to just waste an entire Windows 11 download so I’m trying to either sell it or hopefully return it here. Is there any way I can do that?

Downloading photos in Windows 10

Downloading from Panasonic digital camera.

I have followed the steps but "Import/Export photos doesn't appear in the dropdown list. Since this is the first time I am downloading into this computer with Windows 10 it was suggested that I need to load new drivers but I can't seem to find them.
