    Am I going crazy? Windows 11 nightmare from hell


    Surface Book 2 failed 3 weeks ago. Screen just froze, couldn't touch, couldn't type, couldn't use touchpad or mouse. Spent a week at the MSft authorized shop...it then atarted up but multiple drivers missing, including batteries. Eight help calls to Msft support over a 2 week period, factory resets, updates, reinstalls...including going back to Wondows 10...still not working. Cant get drivers back. I give up. Two days ago buy an HP envy that comes with Windows 11 Home. It continually freezes, cant type, cant touch, etc. HP support..we do a factory reset...but screen still frozen. They say we
