Windows 10: Am I locked out forever? How to log back in?

I recently purchased Microsoft office and immediately i regret it. My computer logged into my microsoft account but I rather use my local account. So i logged out, intending to log into my other account. It immediately only wants me to use the Microsoft account, so then I tried logging back in. I only have one password and it jeot saying it was wrong. Now it locked me out the computer. I dont understand what happened : Please help me.It says on my other device it recognizes my computer. Why did it say my password was incorrect if it works elsewhere? If this doesnt get fixed, I dont know what

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Windows Spotlight on the lock screen

There are multiple causes on why you're encountering this issue. To further troubleshoot the issue, we suggest that you disable and re-enable Spotlight. Simply follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the desktop and open Personalize.
• Open Lock Screen tab.
• Under Background, switch from Windows Spotlight to a Picture or the Slideshow.
• Click OK and close the Window.
• Now Log off and log in.
• Navigate to Lock screen and enable Windows Spotlight again.

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?
