Windows 10: Am I messing this windows 10 update up?

Hello, I am not sure if I am trying to reinstall windows wrong, but I have had it with trying. My dell inspiron 15 3358 all of a sudden started running horribly and so I decided to uninstall and reinstall windows 10. My computer was running on windows 10 at the time. I got a Sandisk cruzer Glide 32GB, I downloaded on another computer the media creation tool. I downloaded windows 10 onto it and then nothing. When I try to boot from it from Legacy, I get the windows logo and a loading circle which then goes to a black screen. The computer is still on but nothing happens past that point, and I ha

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
