Windows 10: am struck with this automatic loop and when I use my trouble shoots it's asking passwords...

i am struck with auto reapir loop and when I use my trouble shoots it's asking passwords and I don't remember suggestions ?

Stuck in Automatic Repair loop asking for a password

Downloaded update and computer restarted. On restart black screen came up with “Preparing Automatic Repair”. Next screen has my administrator account name. When I select it the next screen ask for a password. I have tried all my known passwords to no avail. Select back to “forgot password” and I get a restart option. Computer goes back into Automatic Repair screen and same thing happens. Thats as far as it will let me go. All it does is loop back.

Windows, can't login trying to trouble shoot it

So when I turned on my computer and type my password in it seems to just infinite loop the "welcome" I left it like that for 4 hours and it still says "welcome" so I switched off my computer through the socket and left it like that for a day. Now I'm trying to trouble shoot it and it's asking me for my outlook password I know it but it says it's incorrect even tho I leteraly have it on written on a piece of paper.

So I then changed my outlook password and tried again and it still says incorrect password. I even switched off my computer and turned it on again hoping that this might help or something but no. I'm now stuck.

Also the computer got really slow.
