Windows 10: Am unable to open my laptop

When i open my pc the screen shows that it's on but it only end here with that white line on top left can you kindly assist me

Laptop with broken screen How much?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

 

unable to open amaderforum & some other sites on my laptop

hello, since last week, I'm unable to open amaderforum.com on my laptop but can open on my mobile using same WiFi. if I hide IP or open using anonymous surfing sites, I can open on laptop too. I've attached screenshot. plz chk.
