Windows 10: Amazon App Store REMOVED!?!?!

I have had the Amazon App store installed in Windows 11 Pro 23H2 22631.4317 currently for some time as I use this about every day. According to the instructions here, this is still supported until March 5, 2025. Microsoft removed the Amazon Appstore from Windows 11 23H2 today from my computer. Why??? What provided them the right to UNINSTALL the Amazon Appstore that has been installed in my computer for a long time now.When I try to install the Amazon Appstore again, the app is no longer available in the Microsoft Store:The Windows Subsystem for Android and Android Apps remains installed, bu

Amazon App from Windows Store (Windows 10)

About one week ago I upgraded my Dell laptop to Windows 10 and downloaded/installed the Amazon App from the Windows Store. While the Windows Store says that the app is installed on my computer, I'm not seeing it listed in the "All Apps" section of the Start
Menu nor listed in the installed programs through the Control Panel. The only way I'm able to open the app is if I go the Windows Store and click on Open.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to enable the app for me to view it without going through the Windows Store? If I need to uninstall it and reinstall the app, how do I go about doing so (since it's not showing up in the Control Panel/Programs list)?

yeah, i have done these steps. but nothing happened. Amazon it also saying it problem with the app. microsoft can fix it with some update, so that it becomes available again. Microsoft needs to look in this matter, for proper and full functionality apps
in their store.

 

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
