Windows 10: Amazon page only won't display fully/properly after taking a long time to load

Hello All,I started experiencing a problem yesterday all of a sudden...I haven't been able to pull up my KDP webpage and since it's connected to Amazon, after part of the day had gone by I had tried Amazon as well only to experience the exact same things. At first, the pages wouldn't load at all but if I just left them up to spin and spin and spin, they would eventually show up - BUT, not in their entirety as you can see from the screenshot.I have a second Windows desktop computer and I don't experience any issues at all when I pull up their sites. And the Amazon domain is the only site that I

Firefox reloading pages after they are fully loaded.

Is anyone else experiencing Firefox reloading a web page after it is already fully loaded? What is happening, is that the browser is reloading the web page while viewing (scrolling) further down the page and reloading the page (same tab and not opening a new one) without no warning or cause for doing so.

I tried capturing it in a steps recorder scenario, but unfortunately, it doesn't display the problem correctly and it is the same as if I were to take a screenshot of the incident which doesn't display the real time problem accurately either.

Any ideas what could cause this?

Load Page take long time

I create web page retrieve data from DataBase but this page takes a long time above 3minutes in load when used internet explorer but this problem disappear when using edge or other browsers, how can solve the problem in internet explorer to run page
normal.
