    Amazon Prime Video App for Windows: Login failed! Need help?


    Hello, I installed the app on my laptop and wanted to download movies and watch them offline. But now I can't log in. Every time I try it again, the same page comes up: An error has occurred! Try to close the app and restart it.

    I have tried this several times, just as often I have deleted the app and reinstalled it or restarted the laptop. It just does not work.

    Does anyone have any idea what else I could try or does anyone know how I could solve the problem?
