Windows 10: Amazon problem

I have 3 Dell computers. ON ALL 3 MACHINES, when I connect to the Amazon web site, my WIFI will disconnect. THIS ONLY, REPEAT O N L Y HAPPENS WHEN ON AMAZON, AND ON ALL 3 MACHINES. All machines work fine on ALL other web sites. I asked this question some time ago, and did not get any solution. Is there some "secret" thing I need to do with Amazon? Could it be my WIFI speed? Try Ethernet? don't really want to do that My computers are within a couple of feet from my modem when I try to connect. Once again, 3 DIFFERENT computers, and ONLY AMAZON,,,,,,,,,,,,nothing else. Sure would like some o

windows store error 0x80073CFB when trying to update Amazon

Same problem with Amazon App.

Tried both suggested remedies. Rebooted between each step. No luck. Same problem.

Please advise.

 

Amazon streaming problem

Thanks for posting the picture of the error. The error is from the Amazon player not Windows.

That being said, I did try to 'replicate' your error. The only way I could force a failure was to turn off the setting "Let sites save protected media licenses on my device".

I suggest that you post your computers brand and model. It looks like there are others with this issue and there could be a common driver or setting that came along with the upgrade.

I took a look at amazon's troubleshooting tips. I don't believe they would help you either.

Amazon Assistant won't uninstall!
