Windows 10: Amazon Store not installing at all

Ok. Hello.I very rarely make comments on forums, but I need to know why 'Amazon Store wll not work on your device' and just will not install AT ALL, even though it looks like I have all the required specifications to install and run it. I have used windows 10 and windows 11 full time, and have some computer trainingSystem Specs as per Microsofts website, and my system Specs* Your device must be running Windows 10, version 2004 or later *Windows Version: Windows 11 HomeWindows Build: 22.623 up to date through windows update* Processor required: 1 gigahertz GHz or faster with 2 or more cores

Amazon App from Windows Store (Windows 10)

About one week ago I upgraded my Dell laptop to Windows 10 and downloaded/installed the Amazon App from the Windows Store. While the Windows Store says that the app is installed on my computer, I'm not seeing it listed in the "All Apps" section of the Start
Menu nor listed in the installed programs through the Control Panel. The only way I'm able to open the app is if I go the Windows Store and click on Open.

Does anyone have any suggestions about how to enable the app for me to view it without going through the Windows Store? If I need to uninstall it and reinstall the app, how do I go about doing so (since it's not showing up in the Control Panel/Programs list)?

 

Amazon Music Won't Install in Microsoft Store

Just got a new desktop with Windows 10. Was very happy with the Amazon Music desktop app for Windows 7.

When I attempt to download Amazon Music in the Microsoft Store, there is an install error. I've tried restarting the computer, but it does not help.

Error Code: 0x8024801E

Has anyone encountered a similar issue, and can anyone provide suggestions or ways to fix this? Very frustrating.

Same problem with Amazon App.

Tried both suggested remedies. Rebooted between each step. No luck. Same problem.

Please advise.
