Windows 10: AMD 2990wx - Windows 11 24H2 upgrade always fails

It seems my processor is not on the support list although I don't understand why. The problem I have, apart from the fact it is not supported, is that MS Update keeps trying to push that release to my Desktop so every few weeks I need to try to install it, it fails and then I pray the system didn't break and it is capable of restoring to previous release.At this very moment I am not able to shut down my PC as I have a pending Restart that will try to install Win 11 24H2. Is there a way out of this? Can I prevent current system to try to upgrade and could Microsoft stop pushing this release tow
