Windows 10: AMD 530 freezing my laptop in windows 10 and windows 11 and no game working

AMD 530 gpu not working in windows 10 or windows 11 and keep freezing my laptop. i tried to install it from dell site and from amd site but still freezing my laptop.and no game work except if i disabled AMD from device manager.My LAptop : Dell Inspiron 5570what i did :-install windows 10 and 11-i tried amd driver from dell website and from amd website-sfc /scannow-lower version of amd driver and the latest version-Bios Update-Clean insall with DDU-Windows Update-high performance mode-turned off fast startuponly disabling AMD driver from device manager and work with intel UHd driver makes my la

i have the same problem with laptop Dell Inspiron 5570

and no game working with AMD 530 in windows 10 or windows 11

and laptop keep freezing.

i tried everything possible but no thing solve the problem. only disable AMD driver from the device manager solve the problem but games will be slow. did u find any solution?

So, hello all.

Windows 11 is proving to be nice from the time I installed it.

Unfortunately, there's a problem with it that's started recently. Any time I try to install the AMD GPU drivers supported by the Radeon 530, something happens.

If done in safe mode, when booting normally, the laptop freezes. If installed in normal mode, the OS freezes forcing a shutdown of the laptop.

Even installing drivers from Lenovo's site is proving to be problematic.

Is this a sign of a dead GPU or is it just MS proving a point?

 

Windows 11 freezing while installing AMD driver. how to solve ?

Recently while I was away from the laptop, its display went dark (the display was on). then I had to force restart but nothing worked

so I reinstall a fresh copy of Windows 11 and since then whenever I try to install GPU drivers for my AMD Radeon 530, Windows freezes so I have to force restart and it goes on, please help me solve this

Things I tries

1. adjusting virtual memory

2. DDU

3. Disabling igpu and installing drivers

4. Third Party driver software

Laptop Specs:-

CPU - i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz

GPU - AMD Radeon 530

RAM - 8GB

Storage - 2TB HDD

OS - Windows 11
