Windows 10: AMD 7770 and Photoshop OPEN CL Support

Windows 10 [Version 10.0.19041.329]
Hi, I'm unable to use the OPENCL feature of adobe photoshop cc 2020 even though the graphic card I have does support it. Even GPUZ won't allow me to check that option either. I'm on latest AMD drivers for the card. It was working fine till I installed the software drivers package for my GPU.
Is uninstalling the suite and manually installing the drivers is the only option I'm left with or someone knows of a way around via a setting etc?

AMD 7770 driver

Windows update installed the following driver for me: 15.200.1012.2, dated 3-11-2015. l am running Build 10049.

AMD 8150, AMD 7770, dual boot 8.1 and 10049.

If that's the case, kindly try these steps and see if this resolves the issue:

• Open File Explorer, then right-click on a JPEG file.
• Select Properties, then click Change beside
  Opens with.
• Select Photoshop. If Photoshop is not on the list, select
  Look for another app on this PC.
• From the list, select Photoshop.

If the Photoshop app is missing, we highly suggest that you update the app or uninstall; then reinstall the Photoshop app through Windows Store.
