GPU No signal detected after i uninstall AMD Software Adrenalin

my FPS counter on the AMD Adrenalin shows as n/a and because i dont find any solution i want to reinstall the amd software to see if its gonna solve the problem. After i uninstall the amd software adrenalin it prompt me to restart my pc but after i restart my pc all i got is black screen and my monitor showing no signal detected. My PC still turn on and the GPU lights and fan also turn on, there's no strange beeps sound or any LED lights on my motherboard.

Troubleshooting: I restart my pc, unplug all the cables then hold power button for +-30sec then plug the cables again then start the pc, trying to boot using bootable usb, using different monitor, using different cable, re-install the gpu and ram, clear CMOS, pressing windows key + ctrl + shift + b when my pc turn on, trying to restart into safe mode.

Nothings works so far, is my GPU dead ?

Computer Type: Desktop

CPU: Intel i3 10105f

GPU: Sapphire RX 580 4gb

Motherboard: Asrock h510m hdv/m.2 SE

BIOS Version: 1.60

RAM: Patriot signature premium 8gb

PSU: Be quiet! system power 9 500w 80+ bronze

Case: Cube gaming marvey

Operating System & Version: WINDOWS 10 PRO

GPU Drivers: AMD Adrelanin 24.1.1

Chipset Drivers: Intel H470 rev 00

Background Applications: Chrome
