Windows 10: AMD Bluetooth driver on HP Laptop

HiI was trying to connect my JBL headphones to my HP laptop, and I found out that ther is no Bluetooth toggle. I tried multiple steps but didn't work out. HP Support: No support for my HP laptop driver, same from AMD manufacturer.

Despite it being a custom board, the chipset drivers still come from AMD regardless of what HP may have renamed them.
