Windows 10: AMD CPU support for Windows 11 24H2

Hi,I read that from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/design/minimum/supported/windows-11-24h2-supported-amd-processors, AMD Ryzen 7 7435HS CPU is not listed. Does it means that this particular CPU is not officially supported for Windows 11 24H2 as yet or there is no plan to support it?Regards,Kevin Wan

Windows 11 Supported AMD Processors

My AMD CPU was listed the original Windows 11 supported CPU list. When the list was updated for Windows 11 22H2, my CPU is no longer listed. It also disappeared from the 21H2 list. I don’t get any unsupported hardware messages, but I do find it odd it’s now missing. My CPU is a AMD Threadripper Pro 3945WX.

AMD Zen 3 processor not supported by Windows 11?

Hello,

I just did the Windows Health Report in order to find out if my PC is compatible with Windows 11 and the results are a bit confusing.

The report states that my PC is compatible with Windows 11 and I am able to update through Windows Update, but further down in the report it says "CPU not supported for Windows 11". I'm using a Ryzen 7 5700X processor.

A Microsoft representative said my CPU generation is not supproted because it lacks some features that only newer processors have.

It is true that my CPU is not listed in the article with the list of supported AMD processors, but a lot of older generation AMD CPUs can be found in the list.

Could it really be that Ryzen 5700X is not supported by Windows 11?
