Windows 10: AMD Crash Defender - 'Es necesario reiniciar'

Hola, buen día!Tengo una duda; desde hace un par de semanas mi PC me pone la siguiente notificación:"Es necesario reiniciar el equipo para poder finalizar la configuración de este dispositivo"AMD Crash Defender Por lo que estube investigando, al parecer es una actualización de tarjeta gráfica o algo parecido.Simplemente quiero saber si este reinicio es seguro o me pueda generar algún problema de pantalla azul o un bucle que afecte mi equipo. está es la notificaciónor otro lado; justo una semana después me llegó una actualización de Microsoft para instalar.Y no se que hacer: si reiniciar prim
