Windows 10: AMD driver installation failing

    AMD driver installation failing


    Hey guys, whenever I try to install the AMD drivers either via running the installer or auto detect, in the end I'm getting a message saying files did not install and to check the log file. I've got an Asus r9 280x. Control panel says "microsoft basic display adapter" under display adapters. Please help!

    Hi.i have installed intel driver in safe mode.but cant install amd raiden driver.its say detection driver error.i install 2 version.other says failed to load the detection driver

    [solved] Driver Radeon 8600M doesn't propery work

    I've uninstalled ALL AMD software and ALL AMD drivers.

    I've download the AMD autodetect program to install the correct driver but it fails with:

    Impossible to find any AMD driver because there is no AMD hardware.

    Well...that's impossible!

    Since I have a HP D9X38EA 15-e025sl
    computer I've manually selected in AMD website the HD 86xxM drivers for Windows 10 x64.

    Installed it, rebooted and...my Device Manager doesn't recognize the graphic card, what do I have to do? It seems that it didn't install the driver... (but the installation of the Mobile
    suggested driver swended sucessfully)

    update [solution]

    I uninstalled all AMD sw and all AMD drivers, rebooted.

    Installed the latest AMD sw and selected manually latest AMD drivers for Windows 10 x64, rebooted

    This time worked. I don't know why.
