Windows 10: AMD Driver Timeout Error With a Second Monitor

I tried using a second monitor for the first time on my brand-new 6950XT I got a week ago, so I guess it's an issue with the 2nd monitor or my 6950XT. That monitor is a 1080p60Hz TV from 5-10 years ago, so it's probable it could be an issue with my monitor. I had File Explorer open on my first monitor while I was watching a video on my second monitor, and I set the video to fullscreen. My entire computer froze for a few seconds on both of my monitors, then I got a driver

Monitors don't turn on after lock screen timeout

I have an ASUS M32 desktop (not all in one, specs below) with a dual monitor setup. I just bought the computer 2 days ago and it came with Windows 8.1. I decided to switch to Windows 10 so I did the update via download and install (meaning I did not create
disks). Since the update when the monitors go into standby (not the PC itself) after I lock the PC and the timeout kicks in, I can wake the monitors but all I see is a blank grey screen. No matter how many buttons I press I cannot get the monitors to show
anything. I have updated all drivers and I can't figure why this would happen because it doesn't when waking up from the PC in standby mode. I know most are going to say disable the monitors from going into standby but I shouldn't have to do that with a brand
new computer. Any suggestions?

Error: No signal on second monitor after upgrade to Windows 10

I understand your inconvenience caused to you with accessing the second monitor, we will help you with this issue.

This issue might have occurred due to outdated/ corrupted drivers.

As you have already tried to update the drivers and issue still persists, I suggest you to uninstall the existing drivers for second monitor and re0install them from the manufacturer's website.

Step 1: Steps to uninstall the drivers for the Display Adapter.

• Press Windows key + X key when you are at desktop.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapter.
• Right on the Display Adapter and click on
  Uninstall.
• Restart the computer.

Step 2: Also, contact the manufacturer's website and try to install those drivers for your device.

You can install Windows 8/8.1 drivers in compatibility mode if there are no Windows 10 compatible drivers.

Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

• Download the updated driver from the manufacturer’s website.
• Right click the driver installation file and select
  Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.
• Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.
  
• Tap the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
  OK.
• Try installing the driver and check.
