Windows 10: AMD Driver Timeout. Tried a few things, none worked. Please help identify the problem.

Since some time ago I've been having a lot of AMD Driver timeouts, whenever I'm playing I always get a driver timeout, it happens at random, I can open the game and get it instantly or play it for long hours with no problem.I've tried DDU to uninstall and install several different drivers, My OS is also up to date windows 10.When I ran Heaven Benchmark test on my cousin PC with this GPU for 4 hours, it did not result in any driver timeout. Meanwhile while I tried to do so in my own PC it gave me driver timeouts pretty fast. So it's something on my PC causing it.Things I've tried, which resul

SSD samsung evo and amd drivers

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

The issue could be because of the AMD drivers installed on the computer.

Since the Samsung SSD is working fine with the Microsoft AHCI driver, I suggest you to update the AMD driver and check if that helps. To update the AMD drivers follow the steps from the article

Update drivers in Windows 10.

If updating the drivers didn’t help, I suggest you to roll back the driver to previous build and check if that helps. To roll back the driver to previous build follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Press and hold the Windows + X key on the keyboard.
   
2. Select Device manager.
   
3. In Device manager, expand IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.
   
4. Right click on AMD SATA Controller and select
   Properties.
   
5. Navigate to the Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver.
   
6. Restart the computer.

AMD Drivers not working

I've seen various moans about AMD drivers not working and I've previously unsuccessfully had discussions re this subject. I'm on Windows 10 on a 64bit hp pavilion DV7 laptop which is c. 5 years old. I updated to Windows 10 from Windows 7 c. 2 months ago.
The drivers that I have problems with are the AMD HD4200 and HD5000. I've followed most of the suggestions previously made but to no avail.

My system tells me that I have both these drivers. When I go into Properties, for the 4200 it tells me no drivers are installed for this device, and for the 5000 it tells me Windows has stopped this device because it reported problems (code 43). I've tried
updating driver software to no avail in both cases.

Can I add a new thread which might get somewhere if someone with the technical knowledge to help reads this? I'm afraid that I don't have sufficient knowledge to interpret things myself and thus cannot react.

Under properties I went into Events. At the bottom of the list of Events there is an information panel and this provides the following.

For the HD4200 - \VEN_1002&DEV_9712&SUBSYS_1443103C&REV_00\4&18d656b7&0&2808 requires further installation

For the HD5000 - \VEN_1002&DEV_68E0SUBSYS_1443103C&REV_00\4&220d1164&0&0010

requires further installation.

All this may be very important but is meaningless to me, but having tried everything I can think of or has been suggested, but without success, I have to submit it for reaction.
