Windows 10: AMD FX for Windows 11 Requirements

I wanted to update my operating system to version 11 and faced the fact that when checking through PC Health Check, it does not allow me to update Windows due to the fact that this series of processors is not on the list of supported ones, although they meet the minimum requirements.

I suggest you to follow the below method and check if it helps.

Method 1: Power troubleshooter.

  PressWindows + X key.
  
• 
  SelectControl panel.
  
• 
  In the search box, typeTroubleshooter
  and then clickTroubleshooting.
  
• 
  UnderSystem and Security,
  
• 
  Click on Power and Click on Next button.
  
  
  
  Check if it helps.
  
  I also suggest you to download and install the latest AMD driver from the manufacturer website and check if it helps.

AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 "isn't supported"

I have same problem Windows 10 requires Cpu with 1 GHz or Faster. My Cpu is a AMD Athlon 64 FX-60 2.6 GHz but windows 10 states it does not support CPU. please explain why? thank you

Could you please tell me where did you find that FX 6300 is listed as supported by Windows 11 upgrade? The official list is at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardwa...

I'd like to tell you that, although your processor isn't listed, this doesn't means that you're not able to install Windows 11. This "support" is only related to a direct upgrade, without losing files, as it was a W10 update.

However, you do can install Windows 11 in your machine from the scratch.
