Windows 10: AMD Graphics Card keeps crashing randomly

First I will start with my Gpus laptopIntergrated : AMD R4 Cpu A6-9225Switchable/discrete : Radeon 530What happens? : Laptop opens everything fine But randomly at any time my mouse stops moving , my screen freeze and then gpu crashes and laptop shutdowns/restartsCrashes especially when the laptop just opened or getting in a game for like 1~5 mins also tried to get in a game with charger and without no changesToday : I updated my windows & my gpu to the latest version Adrenaline 22.6.1I also tried 3 previous versions and nothing changedWhen the gpu crashed again i checked device man

Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

Thanks for updating.

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps suggested in previous post? If yes please share the results to assist you further.

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Graphic drivers and check.

Steps to uninstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

• Press "Windows Logo" + "X" keys on the keyboard.
• Click on "Device Manager" from that list.
• Search for the Graphics Card from the device list, right click on it and then select "Uninstall". On the un-installation window, if you have an option: "Delete the driver software for this device" you may select that and
  then remove the corrupted drivers from the computer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  
• Download the latest Graphics adapter driver setup file from the manufacturer’s website and install it.

If the issue persists follow the steps below.

• Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc)
• Click the More Details arrow to expand the view
• Scroll down to Desktop Window Manager (it's in the "Windows Processes" group)
• Right click it and choose End Task.
• Check the Abandon unsaved data and shut down box, then click
  Shut Down. (Note: this warning is misleading, Windows will not shut down -- it just restarts the window manager).
  
• After a moment, the start menu and taskbar should work again.
