Windows 10: AMD Graphics driver breaks bluetooth

I have a Vivobook S 14 laptop M3402RA model running Win11. After I installed latest AMD Graphics driver I noticed that everytime my laptop screen turns off my bluetooth audio starts breaking up. Either if I lock my screen with Win + L or I just leave the laptop idle for a while until the screen goes black then I see this problem occur.I've reinstalled win10 and win11 countless number of times, tried installing all kinds of drivers from laptop's manufacturer website as well as from Windows Update center and the AMD website itself. Method 1: Run the Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with device. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select
  Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on
  the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
  

Method 2:
I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.

  Right-click the Start menu, and select
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand Bluetooth
  
• 
  Right-click on Bluetooth Radio and select
  Uninstall.
  
• 
  Follow the onscreen instructions.
  
• 
  Restart the device.
  

Note: You can also check your computer manufacturer’s support website for Bluetooth driver packages for your computer that are compatible with Windows 10.



Method 3: Try updating the Display drivers from the manufacturer's website and check if the issue persists.

Follow the steps to update the Display drivers:

a. Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.

b. Expand Display Adapter and Select Graphic
.

c. Right-click on the Graphic and click on Update driver software.

d. Restart the computer and check.

Method 1: I suggest you to update drivers and check if that helps. If that issue persist please uninstall and reinstall latest drivers available in manufacturer website.

• Press “Windows + X” and select Device manger.
• Select Display Adapter and expand the driver icon.
• Right click on the driver icon and click on Update.
• Follow the onscreen instructions to update the driver.

If that issue persist try to install in Compatibility mode

Method 2::Compatibility mode

I would suggest you to install the latest available drivers on manufacturer's website in compatibility mode.

Follow the steps below on how to install driver in compatibility mode:

1. Download the driver from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select “Properties”.

3. Select “Compatibility” Tab.

4. Place a check mark next to “Run this program in Compatibility mode” and select operating system from the drop down list.

5. Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
