Windows 10: AMD Radeon HD 6300M adapter does not see HDMI port after Upgrade

After upgrade to Windows 10, I cannot display from my HP laptop via HDMI to my TV. This is bad since I play movies using my laptop.

Where can I find a display driver that supports Windows 10? The laptop HDMI worked with Windows 7 & 8.

No Hdmi function after windows 10

I have an HP DV7 with an AMD Radeon HD 6300m integrated video and ATI Radeon HD Mobility 4200. After windows 10 upgrade, video is slow and stilted especially full screen and there is no HDMI connectivity. No secondary display detected, which always was before,
and AMD adapter stops functioning. Windows says that PC can't project to another screen and to reinstall drivers or use a different video card. I have installed many different old and new drivers including recent and final HP updates from Nov/2016. I had done
a refresh of windows 10 which warned that going back to windows 8.1 was not an option.

Poor video delivery and no HDMI make this Notebook a word processor alone

windows 10 upgrade issue:

after upgrading I am getting an error messege saying that I have no graphics driver installed. I have both the AMD Radeon HD 6300M Series and the ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4200 Series drivers. the AMD 6300M says : Windows has stopped this device because it
has reported problems. (Code 43).

The ATI 4200 says ; No drivers are installed for this device. Whats going on . I tried to go to the Amd website, I downloaded the auto detect utility and ran it... It said it could not find a driver for my device, but did nothing else??? any help would greatly
be appreciated.
