Windows 10: amd radeon hd 8400 display adapter makes my computer stutter when enabled but works fine...

it stutters at all times and when the display adapter is disabled it doesn't stutter

I just did a computer check to test my computers compatibility with Windows 10, and the only problem it found was with AMD Radeon HD 8400. It says that it will have issues with display. What exactly does that mean and how bad will the issues be? Will I
be unable to upgrade to Windows 10?

I had no problems at all when I updated to win 10 several weeks ago. Then two days ago I received notification to update my AMD catalyst control software so I did, but unfortunately my display was dimmed quite a lot and I could not change the brightness
neither with the hot keys nor anywhere else.The hot keys were locked.

So, I uninstalled the new AMD software and everything went back to normal.

I have a LENOVO laptop IDEApad S415 touch with display adapter AMD Radeon HD 8400 and the good display drive is 15.200.1055.0 it was working on win 8.1 and good for win 10.

AMD Radeon HD 8400 and Windows 10

So I did the WIN 10 Update and I could not use my computer because the display would not show anything but A BRIEF Blank desktop then black. So since I could not do anything with a black screen I went into safe mode and reverted back to my old Win 8.1.
So I just downloaded the newest AMD Radeon HD 8400 and installed it. will this fix my problem? or should I wait for the AMD update for Win 10. Will I loose my update? I Hate to go to all the trouble of updating to Win 10 and find the black screen again.
Very frustrating.
