Windows 10: AMD Radeon R5 on laptop Screen turns into a static rainbow after sleep

I have an HP HP 15-DB0002DS where where you close the lid and it goes to sleep or hibernate, when you wake it up the display turns into a static rainbow is the best I can explain it. When I check for driver updates, Windows says the best drivers are already installed. What more could I do to troubleshoot this?

I've had Windows 10 reserved for a while and waiting for the notification but just gone to check and now see this messege!???....

I also have a AMD Radeon R5 graphics card, but successfully installed Windows 10 in 2015, using the latest driver. (
15.201.1101.0 ). However, i cannot install the update released this week, i get a message that the display is not compatible.
