    AMD Radeon Settings being removed by Windows 10


    This is more of an annoyance than a problem but I thought I would post it and see what you guys think. So after updating from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I'm really liking the new OS except for one nagging issue. After installing the AMD driver package everything works fine for about a week or so then for some reason my system decides I don't need the Radeon Settings program and uninstalls it but leaves the drivers alone. Is there any reason why Windows would do this?

    Upgrading to Windows 10 and the motherboard's video stopped working

    Thanks for the reply; it's an HP pavilion. Running Windows 8.1, there are two video adaptors - Radeon AMD 8570D and Radeon R7 240. The R7 240 is the built-in one. Running Windows 10 I saw two drivers - Radeon AMD 8570 and Radeon AMD 8570 dual. The R7 240
    wasn't there.

    just to let you know I did not use amd website m,y self after win 10 install I used amd settings when I right clicked mouse then click amd radeon settings clicked the update function there and worked for me.
