Windows 10: AMD Rysen 5000 series update and now AMD is broken

Discus and support AMD Rysen 5000 series update and now AMD is broken in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; so I just updated from AMD their latest update and my second screen is totally gone and I can't display even HD on the Laptop screen.     AMD Rysen 5000 series update and now AMD is broken


    so I just updated from AMD their latest update and my second screen is totally gone and I can't display even HD on the Laptop screen. AMD no longer shows up in my apps. What is going on?

    Based on the description, it appears that you are getting an error message "Code 43" for AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series after installing Windows 10. I will be happy to help you with this issue.

    Step 1: I see that AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series is not compatible with Windows 10 Operating System.

    Step 2: As the AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 driver is not compatible with Windows 10 Operating System, I would suggest you to install the drivers in Windows 8 Compatibility mode
    and check if the issue persists.

    Follow the steps to install in Compatibility mode:

    a. Right click the driver installation file and select
    Properties then tap or click the Compatibility tab.

    b. Place a check in the Run this program in compatibility mode for: box.

    c. Tap or click the drop down box and select a previous operating system, then tap or click
    OK.

    d. Try installing the driver and check.
