the list you attached is the Windows 10 supported Processors. Unfortunately like yourself I too have an HP 360 laptop withAMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

in the list below is the up to date supported processors - still no mention though Ryzen 5 2500U with or without Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx

I am sure this has changed since Oct 2021, but as of Feb 2022, AMD Ryzen 5 2500U is showing as compatible with Win11. So anyone reading this comment should look at the current approved processors along with their current version of Windows to see if they need to do the simple install. Of course for me, I have AMD Ryzen 5 2500U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx (????), which is still not compatible with my version of Win10. Sigh.
