Windows 10: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Not Supported to Install Amazon Appstore

I have a pc that using AMD Ryzen 5 5600X, and I want to install the Amazon Appstore. I follow the instruction here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/install-mobile-apps-and-the-amazon-appstore-on-windows-f8d0abb5-44ad-47d8-b9fb-ad6b1459ff6c, and after restarting my pc, I try to install the app through microsoft store. but it show that my pc does not meet the requirement to install the app, which is my processor as per screenshot below:need a help on this matter.

Hopefully something there will work if nothing in the main tutorials in my first post that work for most others don't. Please do not skip any steps. We often find out later that the fix was the skipped step. If you need help performing any step I will help.

Amazon appstore

The Amazon appstore and it's associated apps are designed to run on Android-based devices like a Kindle fire. The Windows Phone OS is a completely different OS and none of the apps you got through the Amazon appstore can be installed or run on a Windows
Phone. Consequently, there is no Amazon appstore app that can be installed on windows phones.

You'll have to download, purchase and install windows phone apps, which you can get via the Marketplace tile that is on the phone's home screen.

 

Installing of Amazon Appstore fails

Hi,

trying to install the Amazon Appstore on Windows 2H22 the setup fails in Step 2 of two with the message "There has been an error. Code: 0x80240066". Any clue what this might mean? All descriptions I found for this error are pretty "generic"...
