    Dear all good day.Recently i purchased a refurbished HP ProBook equipped with AMD Ryzen 5 4500U with Radeon Graphics 2.38 GHz.I installed Windows 11 and, unfortunately, performed all the proposed Windows and AMD BIOS updates.After that, the display card fails and the resolution can't be changed from 1024x768.I have tried to uninstall the graphic card driver and install the Windows conventional one with no success.I also tried to reinstall the AMD driver with no results. Right now, I almost can't use the PC. Any ideas???

    My amd ryzen 5 pro 2400GE w/radeon vega graphics is not compatible with Windows 11? It is only1 year old WINDOWs. WHAT DO I DO?

    AMD Ryzen 5 2500U and Windows 11?

    Good Day GFNolan.,

    My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you.

    The minimum requirements for Windows 11 is at least 8th Gen processors. The processor you are using which is AMD Ryzen 5 2500U is not included in the list of supported processors.

    Here's the list of AMD supported processor for Windows 11.

    You can stay in Windows 10 it is still supported until year 2025, by that time you will have a new computer already.

    However if you want to update your device to Windows 11, you can reach out to your manufacturer and have them check what is the compatible processor for your device for processor replacement to update to Windows 11.
