Windows 10: Amlock not working properly after Windows 11 update – any suggestions?

Hi everyone,I use Amlock for basic access control on my Windows system, mainly to secure local drives and folders. After updating to the latest version of Windows 11, I’ve started experiencing issues—Amlock seems to lag or sometimes doesn’t lock drives as expected.I’m based in Melbourne and using this setup as part of a small business security solution. I know there are more advanced access control systems in Melbourne, but Amlock was working fine for my needs until now.Is anyone else facing similar issues with Amlock on Windows 11? We suggest that you try to run Hardware and Device troubleshooter using the steps below:

• Write Troubleshooting in the search box and hit enter.
• Select the Hardware and Device options from the list.
• Click Run the troubleshooter.

We also suggest that you update the keyboard driver and check if it work.

For us to properly isolate the issue with your Windows Hello, we would like to know the following:

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue (e.g. updates, software installation)?
• To make sure that we have not missed on anything, what specific troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you try reinstalling your camera driver to resolve the issue.

Windows 11 Features Not Working Properly

Hello Windows Community,

I've been experiencing persistent issues with some of the basic features on my Windows 11 laptop. Specifically, the Win+R shortcut and the three-finger tap to open search are not functioning correctly. These features work for about 5 seconds after I restart my laptop, but then they stop working again.

I've tried several troubleshooting steps, including:

1. Restarting the laptop multiple times
   
2. Checking for Windows updates and installing any available updates
   
3. Running the Windows Troubleshooter for keyboard and general system issues
   
4. Performing a system scan using sfc /scannow
   
5. Updating all drivers, especially for the keyboard and touchpad
   
6. Checking and adjusting settings in the Control Panel and Windows Settings
   

Despite these efforts, the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and if so, how did you resolve it? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
