If the exe is 79,891KB then its ok David.....looks like a IE11 error.....file is ok, I did a file check with 7-zip. it came out clean.

Try using Firefox to download

 

BackupperFull.exe contains a Linux bootable iso

amlnx.iso

thus the larger download file size...

Right-click the .exe and select unblock

What is the difference between Image backup and disk backup with only one OS installed ?

 

Just did an system backup.
I inserted my ext. hdd with the intention of doing the backup to it.
Aomei did not ask where the backup to be saved to.
It finished fast, but where does the backup file go ?

during Setup - Aomei asks and creates a > "\My Backups" Folder

 

At the bottom bar, select the destination.

How to run the system Backup if I cannot logon to the computer ?

I do system image backup regularly using the built-in app. It is saved to my ext. hdd.
If I cannot login to my computer, I can use one of 2 ways which I won't bore you by describing them > go through the steps to Advanced Options > click the System image Restore option > insert my ext. hdd > do the image restore.

Do I use the same procedures on this Aomei system backup ?

 

In AOMEI, go to Utilities and make a bootable disk or usb. You will be running AOMEI from the disk or USB.

I can run the disk even if I cannot logon to my computer ?

Is Aomei system backup incremental ?
I mean, Aomei only add items that are not present in the last backup ?

 

Jumping into this thread a little late but if I understand your question concerning system backup being incremental this can be controlled by clicking "scheme" options near the bottom and setting what you desire...
