Windows 10: AmonVelvetMB by LightCyanWorks is it safe or is it a virus

Hello,I recently wrongly deactivated my windows virus protection and downloaded an app. It downloaded a bunch of weird stuff with it and I have been trying to delete them ever since. Now there's this AmonVelvetMB in my Program Files that doesn't want to delete and it's running in the backgrond. I try to end the task but it quickly comes back. what is this thing for ? is it safe ? I looked for the name on the internet but found no mentions of it at all. Do you have any suggestions on how I can delete it ?

Then its not a virus, i thought its a little strange that a virus was still going in safe mode. But i dont know what to suggest it could be? Are you using the same pc to connect to the internet, just with a linux partition?

If that setting is already enabled, then I suggest as the next troubleshooting step might be Mozilla Safe Mode (not to be confused with Windows Safe Mode)):
