Windows 10: An account issue will not let me add a new printer(more info in comments)

Windows version 1809 - excel displays new comment instead of insert comment

Did all of the steps you suggested and the drop down list still does not show "insert comment" HOWEVER when I select "new note" from the dropdown list, it works the same as "insert comment". I think the engineers changed the title. Also at the top
of the excel screen is a field "tell me what you want to do"; if you type in insert comment, the insert comment window comes up and looks exactly like the window when you select "new note". As you suggested, I will send feedback to the engineers. Thank
you for your help.

 

Printer spooler issue in Windows 10 with Canon printer

User profile corruption is one of the possible reasons why you are encountering issues with your printer in Windows 10. We suggest adding a new user account on your computer and see if the same issue will occur on a new user profile. To do this, simply follow
the steps below:

  Select the Start button, then select Settings > Accounts > Family & other people > Add

You can also try and check the printer manufacturer's website to see if they have released any updated drivers for Windows 10.

• Is it a wired or wireless printer?
• Is the printer connected via network to your computer?

I suggest you to make printer as a default printer you can follow the below steps:

• Press Windows key+ X and select
  device manager.
• Select devices and printers
• Right click on the printer you want to use, and then click
  set as default printer (You'll see a check mark on the printer's icon signifying that it's now your default printer).

I suggest you to update the drivers for the printers and check if it helps.

I also recommend you to run the print troubleshooter to check the issue.
