I am having problem to transfer file from my laptop to my phone via bluetooth and vice versa after upgrade to windows 10 from windows 8. i get the error message as below:

Bluetooth file transfer not completed. Windows was unable to transfer some files. An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used.

How to fix this problem?

Bluetooth Help (Vista and XP)

I installed a Bluetooth dongle in my new Vista PC. It seems to work fine, and it managed to detect my XP Bluetooth-enabled laptop. However, the laptop cannot connect to the PC - it says

"Unable to detect service"

when I try to connect from XP to Vista. When I try and send a file from the PC to the laptop, I get this error:

"An address incompatible with the requested protocol was used."

What's going on?
