My brother's account which is the account added on the laptop got hacked and now I can't unlock my laptop, I get an error saying "An administrator has restricted sign in.To sign in, make sure your device is connected to the internet,and have your administrator sign in first" when I enter my correct pin, I tried everything in the windows recovery mode, everything requires a password, and when I try to reset the laptop in both the cloud download and the local it gets to a specific percentage and then shows undoing changes and gives a error later on saying an problem occured. No changes made
