Windows 10: An app isent opening anymore, how do I fix it?

So pretty much it was working up until today. It's called earmaster 6 and I've tried different comaptibilities and still nothing. So pretty much the screen will open the loading screen then disappear. Heres a video: https://youtu.be/95ABVfdU9wA also could it be a root certificate or microsoft visual problem?

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

App won't open anymore

  Control and press Enter.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on View All in the top left corner.
• Click on Windows Store Apps from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
