  1. An apperant Malware is consuming all PC memory

Hello, I'm pretty sure I have a malware on my laptop due to a download from unofficial site. I got many emails telling me that someone is trying to access them, random stuff happening also on my applications such as spotify, I find many random things in my likes for example that are not mine. I downloaded an antivirus on my laptop and thats what I am getting at least 5 notifications a minute like the image attached. I did a scan using FRST64 and here is the documents regarding the scan: FRST Scan documents Your support is very much needed,Waiting for your reply

  2. HP stream wont update windows 10 , not enough memory

To further assist you, we suggest that you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Refer to the steps provided below:

    • On the Start screen, type memory.
    • Click Settings and then click the result Diagnose your computer's memory problems.
    • Select the option to run the tool.

We also suggest you to temporarily disable the antivirus as it consumes more memory and then try to upgrade.

Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.

Memory at 100% and consumer not visible

    Hello everyone,

my Windows 10 has been using 100% of the 32GB RAM for about 2-3 days after a while without the consumer being visible anywhere. Enclosed some screenshots.

A Windows update did not help. A virus and malware scan did nothing either. Windows RAM test also nothing.

    What could it be?

Thanks in advance and best regards
