Windows 10: An assortment of BSODs, possibly graphics card driver? Thanks!

I'm getting an array of different BSODs, hopefully all contained in the crash report. They occur at seemingly random intervals. Please let me know what I should do, and if I should provide any further info. Attachment 47545

Windows 10 BSOD system thread exception not handled

is there any possibility to lose my files cause i was back to the factory settings 3 times after installing widows 10 and i lost all my files don't wanna lose them again.

But note ! i think the problem is from my graphic card driver because after installing the windows 10 i had some issues with my screen resolution and the graphic card driver wasn't installed & after 10 min that BSOD. And in my windows 7 i had a BSOD before
updating my craphic card driver.

 

Laptop doesn't seem to have come with graphics card / System Thread Exception Not Handled BSOD

Hello. My laptop is supposed to have come with a graphics card (a NVIDIA geforce), but the computer doesn't pick it up.

When I downloaded the driver downloading software from NVIDIA, it said that it did not register a graphics card.

Also, I am getting a graphics card driver-related BSOD (System Thread Exception Not Handled).

What should I do?

I recommend to check the device drivers for updates and check your software for updates.

Would I be able to solve the iastorA.sys issue by downloading the latest here? Downloads for Intel RST) I'm finding it tricky to work out how to update that driver

When the weekend comes i'll be sure to do the memtest. I'd run it previously, but never for 8 passes! pheweee that's a bunch.

I find it tricky updating that driver, as usually I update drivers through the Device Manager. But I can't seem to find it listed there. Also there's no option to update things through the Intel Rapid Storage Technology app? Sorry I'm still learning here

No problem, I'm glad you ask what you don't know. It is better to ask then to do things that you could regret because you didn't knew it shouldn't be done that way.

I have searched a little for you, filter on drivers and Windows 10 64-bit.

Just click on the blue names, for example see below

After clicking on 1 of the blue names, you get a few download options. I don't know exactly why there are multiple download choices and why there sizes are different, but choose 1 of the options. After the download is finished, open the file and the installation process starts.

I'm getting closer to solving the issue. I've removed two 8gig sticks of RAM, bringing it down from 32 to 16 gigs. Since then the system has been a lot more stable, with no blue screens for now [touch wood!]. So all things point to the RAM being broken?

I've also heard it could sometimes be an issue with the ram slot on the motherboard, but how would I go about troubleshooting that?

As a back story, when I first built the PC, I had to replace one of the sticks of RAM as the PC wouldn't boot up. The stick was under warranty so no problem. I thought i'd solved things by replacing the RAM, but looks like either the replacement was dodgy or maybe its the connection / slot on the motherboard?

I have yet to do a full cycle of 8 memtests as I use the computer for work every day, but will do this next time I have a chance.

Run the test on every stick in every slot separated from the other sticks, note the results and compare.

 

OK, great - so do each stick, one at a time? And 8 memtest passes for each stick?

So: "Stick 1" in slot A, then B, then C, then D
Then: "Stick 2" in slot A, then B, then C, then D ...?

Yes, that is correct.

Also to keep in mind, if you haven't used every slot I don't think you would have to test the unused slots too.
