    After updating my PC to the recent feature update, I'm no longer able to print to the office printer, a canon idr-adv 4025. Thought it was going to be local to my PC however a colleague on a completely different device, being a HP 250 G6, updated to the recent feature update over the weekend and is now receiving the same error as myself.


    I've tried:


    - running chkdsk

    - running sfc

    - Uninstalling/reinstalling the printer

    - Uninstalling/reinstalling the driver

    - reregister the required dll files.


    I've seen that the issue can be caused by corrupt files which is what I put it down to when my PC started to fail at printing but two completely different devices failing after installing the most recent feature update seems suspect! If it's going to be widespread through my company, I'm not going to have time to re-image all the devices that encounter it after the update so I'm hoping to find a resolution that I can do remotely!


    Any help would be appreciated!

    I saw your reply to my problem but it does not explain what a "Reference Token" is. Here is an update. I did shut down my computer all the way yesterday (12/13/17) and It let me open my apps. but it did not show me how much my Hard Drive had in it. Since
    my computer is an HP LapTop and has like 29GB hard drive space. it is not enough for the pre-loaded HP Downloads that HP wants. so it takes up a good 10GB or so and that leaves me with only 19GB or so, which is not enough space for my Games. Minecraft: windows
    10 edition takes up a good 1-2 GB on my Drive for its Updates, resource packs, behavior packs, and realms, plus mods from MCPE, and in-game blocks. plus Roblox and its In-Game Items too. so it's another 1-3 GB, Plus your Microsoft Products so That's 3GB so
    that's a total of 18GB. so there Are the items on my PC. so if you can tell me what a Reference Token is. I would be happy to know what it is so later on when I have to deal with A reference Token I would know what to do when it happens! Hope you can Reply
    to me with what a Reference Token is.
