Greetings all: I have a folder location with countless nested subfolders. Many of those subfolders are named "ABC". I need a process that will, on a once-a-day schedule, copy PDF files from this location. But it should only copy PDF files that are located in a folder that is named "ABC". And it should copy all of these PDF files into a single destination folder. It should not copy or create any folder structure from the source. All copied PDF file should end up together in the same folder. The "ABC" folders could be at any level within the source folder, so I assume this routine will n

Regarding your PDF documents, the location will be based on where you saved the files. For your second inquiry, your documents can be converted to a PDF. If the original file is from Office Word, we suggest that you follow the steps below:

• 
  In Word, select File > Save As.
  
• 
  Select where you want to save the file.
  
• 
  Type a new File name if you want.
  
• 
  For Save as type, select PDF.
  
• 
  For Optimize for, select an option: Standard or
  Minimum Size.
  
• 
  Select Open File After Publishing, if you want to open the file after you save it as a PDF. This is selected by default.
  
• 
  Select Save.

Microsoft Print to PDF mixes up JPGs.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

To understand the issue better, I suggest you to answer the below questions.

• What happens when you select small bunch of images and try to print?
• Is the issue specific to the Microsoft Print to PDF?

I would suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps you.

• Create a new folder and copy the images you want in PDF.
• Sort the images as you want. (It always copies as per the sorted time/date)
• Set the images in Order/Sequence as you want it to be set in PDF.
• Select all and Print it to PDF.

How do i copy only Folder & Subfolder Names into a .txt File and or Excel?

hi, i want to be able to copy the names of the Folders and Subfolders Only ! Not the names of the files in the folder. I can only find the shift right click and cmd dir /b option but that copies all file names as well as the folder names but i dont need
the file names in the folder just folder and subfolders. can someone help? i tried copyfile name extension but that only copies the folders selected but misses out on the subfolders. ive also tried xplorer 2 lite but again have the same issue only copies the
folder names but not the subfolders. help!
